Group interview followed by individual sales exercise. You are asked to walk the interviewer through the store as you would a customer, from greeting to sales and checkout. Also included a brief 1-on-1 with the store manager.

A casual, friendly chat with two members of management. Told me about the role and about how the business is ran. Questions were casual and led to various conversations, asked about my work experience and how it was relevent.

A face to face interview covering from what your aspirations are to what you have done in the past. Very thorough with the questioning of what assets you will bring to the company as a result from your past experiences.
