I had interviewed with multiple locations and overall it just seemed that coming into Canada their biggest threat was Lenscrafters because that's all they would ask me about. Not focused on getting to know me as a potential candidate, I'd have to say 80% of what they asked me was about Lenscrafters and with absolutely no shame they asked me very personal questions about how much I made. One manager ever told me in an interview that it was okay to "complain" about them if I wanted. The same manager even walked me out after the interview and started asking specific questions about Lenscrafters' daily goals and asked for specific dollar amounts. Overall I just felt used and that they seemed to forgot this was an interview. Avoid this Mickey Mouse organization!
