Answer the phone, booking appointment, filing getting patients ready for their eye or ear examination, organising the frames and informing customers that their glasses, ear aid or contact lens are ready for collection.

Really welcoming. Checked my vision was ok. Their glasses were nice. Coffee was decent. Man waiting in reception, who i assume was a patient, smelt slightly of cabbage. I did not ask why.

I got a call on Sunday and the time for the interview was decided but the next day I again got a call that the interviewer had a meeting so she delayed it for 30 minutes the interviewer was really sweet, and the interview was for less than 10 minutes.
