I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Specsavers (Manchester City Centre, England) in Sep 2014

Interview

I turned up 15 minutes early but they were running late themselves so I had to wait an extra 15 minutes. The interviewer was very friendly and asked many questions such as during busy periods, how would i handle the workload? what are my strengths and weaknesses... do i have an previous optometry experience? do I have any holidays booked? what is my flexibility?
