Applied online. With CV and Cover Letter. The process took about two weeks. Invited for an Interview. One to One interview. The person who interviewed me started with talking about spec-savers history and successes. The Interview was nice asked questions of a personal nature as he wanted to really whats to get to know you. So the interviewer will adapt questions that fit the information you told them about yourself to get to know you better.

I got a call from Specsavers recruitment offering me an interview which was followed by them sending me a pdf of interview tips. During the interview I spoke to two managers who told me a little about the company and asked me some questions, including a quick numeracy test.

Very laid-back, casual in a Hotel reception. Brief discussion; no curve-ball questions.
