Interview
I applied online for the CSR position. Received a phone call from HR recruiter 3 days later for a phone interview. I was set up to meet the store manager the next day. Store manager saw potential for a better position and referred me for Co- Manager. A week later I interviewed with the District Manager which went really well. I filled and signed background check forms. Recieved an offer a week later.
