Very standard for entry level positions. WMTYR and questions reflecting your personality. Easy going but there were 3 rounds of interviews in total, so it does take some time. Not sure how it works these days.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Spigen (San Jose, CA) in Feb 2019

Spigen staff were very accommodating, given the fact that I was not local. The interviews were conducted via Skype. The process was a bit lengthy, I believe it took me about a month to complete the whole process. They definitely seem to appreciate multi-lingual applicants. Overall, I really liked the youthful vibe of the company and how open and friendly they were.
