The interview process was very efficient and everyone responded within a timely manner. The whole process took 4 weeks with multiple stages of the process. You could tell how each person was passionate about Splunk and how this is carried throughout the organization.

The interview process was a lot I had to go through four separate interviews and had to prepare regularly and no knowledge about Splunk in order to have a chance they care more about culture than they do about anything else so if you can fit their culture and tell them that you will have an advantage

Phone call, and video with different manager. I had to do a role play with one of the account manager to see if i was capable of doing a discovery call with a potential prospect
