Spring Health Care Support Team Lead interview questions

The recruiter reached out via email to schedule a phone screen at midnight. I gave pretty open flexibility with options for a full week. After 3 days of no response from the recruiter, I followed up to confirm if the times I selected would work. She replied saying she had no availability for that week.. odd to me- why would you ask for my availability for that week specifically then? I gave her two dates I was available the following week. She scheduled a 15 minute phone screen on a date that I did not give her but I accepted. And guess what happens?! The recruiter didn’t call and then cancelled the event on the calendar. After looking at the reviews on this company, seems I’ve dodged a bullet.
