This was the strangest interview process I've ever experienced: 1) Intro call/phone screen 2) Written assessment with math problems involving calculating certain metrics they don't even use at the company 3) Phone call to go over the written assessment 4) Case scenario phone call where you are pretending to be an actual student success associate responding to a student inquiry (strange seeing as you are not in the role yet, so how could you know how to act/what to say) 5) Another phone call to go over the case scenario phone call + further questions 6) A FOUR-hour final interview where you meet with 4 team members individually You would think you're interviewing for a CEO position and not customer support. Has anyone else completed 6 rounds of interviews with a 4-hour final interview for a $37K job?? The main interviewer seemed inexperienced, as his questions were very strange and he seemed to be reading from a script. He was late calling me on multiple occasions. I was asked on almost every interview how I felt about the interview process and if I had any feedback, which again I thought was strange - are you going to critique the interview process for a company you're still currently interviewing with and hoping to join? I'm honestly glad I didn't get an offer because solely based on my interview experience, I wouldn't want to join Springboard anyway.
