Interview

Completely focused on getting the questions out, and the answers typed into a database. There was no absorption of an answer, humanity, or deep knowledge of the program -- just moving to the next question to ensure she got her questions asked. I said at one point, "I was raised by a single mother working two jobs and put myself through bachelor, master and PhD programs and was $150,000 in debt but I believe in self-reliance to most problems." SILENCE then "OK, well, let me tell you about next steps."

Interview

The interview consisted of two panels, the first with upper-level, the second with team members. Both lasted about half an hour. The first was fine - standard interview questions. The second was terrible: two of the three were on their phones the entire time. I was told I could expect to hear back one way or another by the end of the week, but never received any further communication.
