Travelling all the way to Changi bussiness park & interview with one HR physically, 3 managers remotely via zoom meeting. Why not just arrange an online meeting since 3 out of 4 are not even here physically. And when I show my rewards & certificates, managers are trying to say I’m not good enough, if I’m not good enough why am I even getting this interview chance? They just want to lower your salary & expectations. Just be confident, you are good.
