Multiple interviews by interviewers from multiple departments. In general the interviewers are professional, and polite. Coordination within the organization (HR, interviewer, on interview timing, meeting venue (outside office), meeting room booking arrangement (in the office), and candidate's expectation) could be better, hence better use of everyone's time.
A couple of interviews with my line manager and another key stakeholder. Interview was relaxed despite the HR being shameful and trying to lower the offer several times. Despite that, the process moved smoothly
