I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Standard Chartered Bank
Interview
There were preliminary steps to getting an interview with HR. Online application. Then there were assessments that tested logic and computational skills. I received my results on these and did very well. Then I was contacted by HR to set up a phone interview. The questions were classic behavioral questions about the resume and what I knew about the company. This happened in late October/Early November. Was contacted next about two back-to back phone interviews with MDs. They asked behaviorals as well. Asked me a little about the markets but nothing you shouldn't already know. This seemed like an "airport test" to be honest. Was contacted the next week with an offer.
