There was some online games and personality test, and after that a virtual interview. The online games were quite intuitive, where you need to accomplish various tasks such as button mashing, quick thinking and memory. The interview was more challenging and using STAR helped.

Panel of five interviewers. Asked leading questions based on your responses. Overall very friendly and encouraging. More emphasis on personality than technical questions. Would encourage preparation EG SB share price, basic macro knowledge and up to date with news.
