The interview workflow was fully structured and organised, consisting of Pymetrics test> Behaviour test> Interview 1> Interview 2> Final HR Interview.
None of the interview questions were related to accounting and finance technical knowledge only behavioural and HR questions asked.

Can you introduce yourself—where you’re from, your family background, why you chose to pursue an MBA, your specialization, and any interests or hobbies?
You mentioned taking a year off for CAT preparation. Did you join a coaching program or study independently? What was your CAT score? How did you handle challenges during your preparation?
