Standard Chartered Bank Manager interview questions

Is a 30 mins video conference interview. However, noticed the red flag immediately once all the three interviewer joined the room. 1.The interviewers did not have the courtesy to switch on the video during session except a Mr Head Dept in the middle of the session. 2.They did not introduce who they are and went straight to standard interview question. 3.Mr Head Dept is talking animatedly with someone during the interview session which can be seen clearly by everyone in the session. This is not respectful at all. 4. The whole session is basically waste of time as everyone in the session is not engaging. They are not interested get to know the candidate. And also they dont even read the resume before invite a candidate to the session.
