For the phone interview, they asked me (the interview was conducted mostly in french because the HR recruiter was more comfortable in french) - Date in which you are available: - When do you expect to graduate? - Why do you want to get an internship at State Streets (in english) - Are you comfortable with EXCEL? - Are you comfortable with Vlookup, Hlookup? For the actual interview in person (2 people: 1 Senior associate and 1 manager) - Tell me about yourself - What is your biggest weakness - Why do you want to work for State Streets - What does leadership mean to you? - Tell me a time when you dealt with a conflict - What do you do when you have finished all your tasks and there is no specific time in which you can leave? (something along the line)
