Two interview. More about background, no technicals. Many questions about past working experiences, extracurricular, market awareness, recruiting. Easy to follow. More of a conversation than an interview. Friendly interviewers. Few questions about business development and marketing.
It was good, first round, then written test, then second round. Everyone was very nice, but had a good grip on why Stepstone. My first round interviewer was extremely nice and we had more of a conversational interview.
