Recruiter reached out to me to ask if there was interest in the company. We had a call to discuss it further and appeared to be a match. Followed up weekly and received responses that were conflicting. I was first told, I would be scheduled for a formal interview within one business day with the hiring manager. The second week I was told they were waiting to hear back from the hiring manager on availability. The third week I was told the recruiter was sick and that is the reason for the delay. The fourth week I was told that I was actually pre-mature to the recruiting process but will be scheduling an interview soon. The fifth week the job was pulled from open opportunities. For a business that reached out to me for the opportunity, it was not handled well.
