StepStone Group Data and Risk Operation - Junior Analyst interview questions

Interview process overall was fine, consisted of an interview with the team manager first and then two interviews with what would be potential co-workers. Everyone was nice but the job that I applied to was not the job that was offered to me. I applied to a full time role and upon calling me and offering me the position, they offered me a four month internship instead that could be extended if mutually agreed upon. No benefits. I declined. Great waste of time. They must be experimenting with sunk cost fallacy. Watch out!
