I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Stop & Shop (Unionville, CT)
Interview
It was quite yasy. They asked me a few questions and I got the job. I interviewed with the store manager. She was friendly and I was offered the job very quickly.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Stop & Shop (Torrington, CT) in Jul 2011
Interview
The interview process could have been taken out of a "how to get a job" with them following the part of the employer. When I mentioned my extra curricular activities in school (sports, student council, drivers ed) they made it known through their body language that I would have to give up on some things)

Question 1
They asked me something about attending some state or crappy business school to be vetted for a managerial position. Considering how some managers are fair, but exhausted and their kindness is taken advantage of, or how mean spiritied this job can make a person (not to mention wasting time just to be a middle manager at a school anyone could get into (I'm going into the Mental Health Field and plan to become a Psychologist), I was insulted
If security is not attending the store would you help your fellow employees chase down a thief to either detain, get a description, or write down a license plate number?
