Very simple process, and background check. One interview with the manager followed by them running a quick background check. Upon completion of the check, you receive a call to come back to fill out some paperwork and get information on training and company policy.
Easy, standard interview questions eg. How would you describe customer service, tell me about yourself, Why do you want to work for stop and shop. Offered on the spot. Friendly and proffesional

Informal and basic with questions like, "Why do you want to work at Stop and Shop" and "What qualifications do you have that line up with our roles". Pretty standard questions for a first job.
It was very easy. I met with the supervisor one time to review my application and go over the ground rules. No complaints with the interview process. I applied in person.
