I applied online then waited a couple days for a call back when I didn’t get one I took the initiative to call the store myself and ask about my application. The hiring manager then asked my name and a good time for me to come in for an interview

Why do you think you would be a good fit for this job?
The interview process is incredibly easy, they ask simple questions like why you would like to work there but overall you’re pretty much hired when you walk in if your availability is up to par.
Applied in store and got a call back within a couple of days. Easy interview. Tell me about yourself, what is your experience, Much of the interview was telling me about the job itself.
Asked two questions, if you had prior experience and about yourself, then talked about the position. It was super easy anyone can get the job, I had no experience. minimum wage
