Interviews were not very long. What was went over was any special skills and availability. Afterwards, there was a briefing of what the job asks of you and then you are told that you will be called back for anything else. I got a call back the same day saying I was hired.

Interview
Informal and basic with questions like, "Why do you want to work at Stop and Shop" and "What qualifications do you have that line up with our roles". Pretty standard questions for a first job.
It was very easy. I met with the supervisor one time to review my application and go over the ground rules. No complaints with the interview process. I applied in person.
