I had a short interview over the phone with an HR representative. I was asked about 5 questions. Second interview was in person with HR and a store manager. The 3rd interview was in person with the district director and an HRBP. STAR method based questions. Great culture, customer obsessed. Friendly staff, great opportunities for everyone. No discrimination against anyone.

Question 1
Why were you interested in stop and shop? (They do a lot of fundraising for the communities) fighting hunger/donations to local charities. They have a great culture. Tell me a time where you had to deal with a difficult employee. Questions about my work experience. They do work weekends. And must close twice during the week. (Sundays you get extra pay)

Interview
You must go through 3 separate interviews with different people. The first by telephone and wait for a call back to schedule the next one. Next your interview is with an HR Representative and store manager. The third one if you're moved forward is with a District Director and another store manager.
