One of the worst interview process ever! The head of Talent, Mr Akbar never replies back on time. Its very important to respect the time of the interviewee as well. As a candidate we expect positive or negative feedback. I dropped several emails to follow up on the candidature. But nothing and after 3 months i get an automated reply “we are not going ahead with you” That not what good recruitment looks like!

I applied through Flexjobs for this role at Storyblok. The Head of Talent invited me for an initial interview which I completely accepted (very thrilled!). I had an amazing experience during this interview. It wasn't a traditional type of interview as you had to be move-involved. I liked that he was eagerly listening and ask interesting questions. I also made sure I asked my important questions regarding the company and the role. I was surprised by their intention to make globalization in general aspect genuine as I made my research and this company is a dream place to work at! I am looking forward to discussing the opportunity further with the team and CEO.
