It was a 30 minute call, no video. Very casual, questions asked were pretty beginner level. Employer said there was an unpaid project to do to show design skills. AD bashed previous graphic designer which was a red flag, also that there is no design team except you hiree and the AD doing a LOT of work for really low pay.
