Very professional and thorough. The interviewer was very considerate and answered all of my questions adequately. Her professionalism really improved my perception of the company. The interview consisted of mostly behavioral questions

What are some instances of you acting as a leader in the past?
Long and nonsensical. They ask you to write three assignments so they can then use these as the starting points for conversations with multiple stakeholders. The hiring managers are apparently not allowed to decide on their own who can work in their team.

Recruiter did a great job clearly detailing next steps for the interview and helped me feel at ease. Communication was tight and after Hiring Manager interview, got back to me fairly quickly informing me that they have decided to consider other candidates for the role.

Phone screen, hiring manager interview, then written assignment. I was presented with a lengthy written assignment. The initial rejection letter specified they would not be able to offer any feedback whatsoever.
