Interview
Start with a phone screen, and then two-three rounds of interviews. One with the hiring manager, an executive and a panel between multiple managers. Interviews all took place over zoom.
Pros: The interviewers are top-notch. Very personable, professional, and they actually help you succeed by giving tips for the next steps. It feels like they want you to do well rather than trying to "trick" you.
Cons: The internal coordination seems a bit slow. There was a noticeable delay in hearing back between rounds.
Summary: Overall, a very "human" and pleasant experience. Just be prepared to be patient with the scheduling/follow-up side of things.
