There were a total of 3 interview phases, one over the phone and two in person. It began with an hour long phone call consisting of 50 to 100 rapid fire questions called a 'Gallop Test' where you answer each question about your personality in a single sentence. The questions were straight forward, but the process is often called into question by other employees as it costs the company money and time when recruiting. The second phase was a face to face chat with the manager of my department. Just a 40 minute talk about the role and myself, nothing complicated. Lastly was a final interview with the HR Business Partner and head of customer experience. It was the standard interview one usually goes for in any role with any other company. Nothing out of the ordinary.
