I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker (Brisbane) in Jan 2016
Interview
There were a total of 3 interview phases, one over the phone and two in person. It began with an hour long phone call consisting of 50 to 100 rapid fire questions called a 'Gallop Test' where you answer each question about your personality in a single sentence. The questions were straight forward, but the process is often called into question by other employees as it costs the company money and time when recruiting.
The second phase was a face to face chat with the manager of my department. Just a 40 minute talk about the role and myself, nothing complicated.
Lastly was a final interview with the HR Business Partner and head of customer experience. It was the standard interview one usually goes for in any role with any other company. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Interview
they ask you a lot of personal questions but it's really a joke because they already have a person in mind they really do things just honestly they don't pay you on the work that you do that pay you if they like you or not it's not a very friendly environment
I applied through other source. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker (Auckland, Auckland) in May 2017
Interview
First there was a phone screen, followed by a small Gallup test over the phone. Then a on location group interview, followed by two overseas Skype interviews.
The whole process was quite long but by the end of it you knew you really wanted the job.
