Straight forward and to the point. They ask you a lot of personality and situational questions for different scenarios. It took almost little to no studying to prepare for this interview. Mostly common sense scenarios
Lengthy conversation with employer and store supervisor then a 14 day unpaid training session. The interview went well but employer was late in providing bi-monthly pay with little to no regard on hardship to his employees.
