Iv with Area manager ,then proceed iv with Operation manager.
Questions about company products, how to handle customer in stress situations; previous job scope. The interview was held at HQ Subway around 1 hour
It was in store promotion and interview was quite simple, just discussing some figures and improvements made within the store. What changes were made and how they impacted the store and the KPIs.

What changes you made and how those changes impacted the store.
They wanted to know my availability and my experience. Made sure I knew how to operate a cash register. Trained me on closing and opening procedures- made the weekly schedule if I was hired and took inventory
Applied online and was contacted through an employment job board. Corresponded back and forth through the process. I declined the position before she offered it to me. I thought it was good to let her know I was withdrawing.
