Interview
First interview was brief, only thirty minutes in length reviewing my experience, education and interests. Fairly casual conversation. Second interview was with a panel, and it was 2.5 hours long with three rounds of interviews by two employees each, where they took turns asking me about my technical skills and experiences coding.

Lots of questions on my technical skills and statistical programming experience. Most questions were in relation to formal reports and presentations I had previously made. Some of them were very odd, specific questions on what command I should use to perform some task in a statistical software.

Interview
Process moved very quickly; I applied online and within a week had a 30 minute phone screening with a recruiter. Very pleasant discussion before moving on to 3 back to back to back 30 minute interviews. Questions focused largely on consulting skills and comfort working in a team using quantitative skills. Received an offer shortly after. Could not be a smoother or more open process, I couldn't wait to sign my offer letter based on how positive the interview experience was.

I had a fairly casual phone interview where I described my general background.
