Aren't all interviews stressful? Speaking to someone on a telephone can be very challenging as you are not able to read facial expressions, unable to look at each other for clarification. Most challenging part is your speaking with someone whom you never met.

Interview
The interview process consisted of a telephone interview with a recruiter and two in-person interviews in the community. All interviews were completed within a week and the process was seamless.
Phone, then in person. Easy to set up. Informal. Average. No difficult questions. People are extremely nice and try their best to make it a pleasant process. Met several possible new co-workers during the in person interview.

Interview
Met with Ms. Marina Cruz who was very friendly and nice. They really needed a night shift nurse asap, so she just told me straight forward what to expect, and what I would need to do to prepare. I have no experience, but she was willing to train me. After the interview, she gave me a tour of the facility, and introduced me to the staff. Overall the experience was great.
