The first step was a capital markets assessment which asked about options pricing, macroeconomics, and game theory. Then, a recruiter reached out to me to schedule a phone interview where I would be “considered for all positions.” Since I had applied to other positions and this email did not specify what the interview was for it was very stressful not knowing what I was supposed to prepare. I would later receive a first round trading email as well.

Invited to an online assessment that was one of the most difficult ones I've done. After passing this round, was invited to a phone call with HR. After passing the previous HR round, you will be invited to have interview with an analyst/senior analyst.
