I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group in Jan 2008
Interview
I had 3 phone interviews with them, all involving probability and logic. The first one also involved a little time asking about my background and interest in the position. The second and third phone interviews were just all questions. The interviewer would help me if I got stuck along the way answering a question, but you had to answer the questions correctly to move on.
