There were two phone interviews and if i had gotten past the second, an on site interview. the first was pretty standard HR type questions (why sig? what is you desired career path? etc), but also had a simple probability question and a game theory question. Neither one was very hard, but i think you had to get them right to get to the next round. 2nd round was more technical, he asked questions based on my resume, so make sure you know what you listed. Also asked about object oriented programming concepts. I did alright on the second round, but could tell i didn't really blow the guy away so i wasn't too surprised when i didn't make it to the next round. Overall the people i spoke with were very nice.
