I had an initial phone screening with an HR rep. Then, I moved on to another phone screening with the direct manager. After that, I was scheduled with 3 separate interviewers virtually. I had to complete homework for the interview and was never asked about it.

It was a standard phone interview where she asked me questions and then after that informed me about the position. I was well informed about the position which I appreciated, as it was a very thorough overview.

Extremely formal and odd. They’d have one person leave the room then you’d be in the room for 5 minutes sitting there waiting for the next person. Felt like you were in being questioned at a police station

Interview
Pretty straight-forward questions, interviewers were very polite, described company and role very well, was given "project" to complete during interview process which was pretty time consuming. I was also asked "case study" question involving the day-to-day problems an RC might encounter.
