I applied online. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group (Philadelphia, PA) in Oct 2018
Interview
It wasn’t too bad. The first interview is really about them getting to know you. I didn’t make it past this point but I heard they ask riddles. I was prepping pretty hard for this but I never made it that far. From my understanding SIG is one of the more challenging interviews in the industry.
Interviewers were not engaged at all, one spent the entire interview on his phone, very unprofessional given the prep for the interview.
Interview was a mix of competency, market knowledge and probably based maths questions
first-round Phone interview; the first time the interviewer canceled the interview very last minute and rescheduled another one. Mostly behavioral questions; some easy probability questions e.g, binomial tree; last 20 minutes; did not really offer a q&a time
The interview process was rather straightforward tho challenging. The first interview, they ask you about yourself and experience. The next interview is a riddle round. They ask you to solve 3 riddles. It was fun but definitely pretty stressful. Come prepared.
