Online Assessment, two phone interviews, superday. Extremely easy compared to other prop trading firms. Unprofessional recruiting team - reached out to schedule superday, then stopped replying to emails. Colleague of mine never received call for a scheduled interview, emailed recruiter, and also never heard back. Seems like they stopped recruiting for the year and left candidates hanging mid-process - basic courtesy to send an email letting candidates know if that's the case.

Interview
Aggressive behavioral and technical. Options trading question about different probabilities. Very aggressive technical with follow ups. Three Technical Questions and then follow ups if necessary. Follow up on behaviorals as well so be prepared and do not lie
Start with a math quiz ish thing, an hour long I believe . No idea what the percentage requirement is, you don’t get to see outcome. Then a 30-45 interview with a behaviour then some probability question. Followed by another technical interview. Still in the process

received OA (all math and logic puzzles) -> invite to interview through mail -> recruiter call with behavioral + 2 EV questions. communication is important, but interviewer was nice and helps if you struggle
