I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group (Dublin, Dublin) in May 2022
Interview
Took 4 weeks, all online.
HR interview, then 2 technical phone interviews, then a take home assignment to predict volatility from a dataset, then a 4 hour virtual on-site.
Feedback was minimal but I didn't really make an effort to get any more detail.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Lots of "Green book" style questions. Got really exhausted by the end of the 4 hour on-site.
One thing that I didn't like is that the interviewer asked me to give a presentation on my research as if I am talking to a conference, without being told to prepare this ahead of time. She even asked if I had slides!
Other than that people were generally friendly.

Interview
Difficult brain teasers. Lots of math and probability, need to think fast in order to answer all the questions in time and prepare a lot. Very limited time and very difficult questions you have to answer quickly

Interview
The first hurdle in SIG’s interview process is an online assessment administered through Mercer | Mettl. It tests knowledge in mathematics, probability, and statistics. The assessment combines puzzles and probability questions, along with topics like expected value, combinatorics, and logic. Overall, it follows the standard quant interview format — probability and statistics are the most critical areas to master before sitting the test.
An online math test testing topics such as probability theory, basic logics and word problems that you need to do in a relatively short time. I was not invited for further interviews
