I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
Normal structure; Recruiter phone screen, hiring manager interview, sourcing exercise (way too lengthy, seemed like I was interviewing for a Sourcer position), and a couple of panel interviews / on-site As a recruiter I was disappointed in the candidate experience SIG offered. Lack of email communication and updates, interview questions were indirect and sneaky, dug in hard on sourcing that it felt like I was interviewing for a sourcing position rather than a full-cycle role, and there was no interview with a hiring manager. I would be hesitant to apply again in the future from this experience.
