I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
Completed an online test and then got through two rounds of interview. First round was pretty easy if know your way around the classical Green Book questions. In the second I got asked both questions as in the first round and some weird questions about the risk I would personally take on some trades (like size of a trade) with incomplete info. Stumbled on that and got rejected.

Question 1
You play a game where you get 100$ to split between you and a random person. You decide the split and he/her decides either to accept (thus keeping you split) or to refuse (you both get 0$) and the game ends. What split do you propose? What if you got 1M$ to split?
Passed OA. Heard back after more than a month. Did not pass the first round with HR. Do not know the reason why I failed since I should get all of the questions correct. Maybe headcount issues.
