Sutter Gould Medical Foundation interview questions

Day 1- Resume submission with Aerotek Staffing Agency Day 3- Phone interview with Staffing agency Week 2- Phone interview with Department Supervisor. Week 3- Scheduled 2nd panel interview of 4. Week 4- Panel Interview with Supervisor and 3 employees. Each had same list of interview questions, Each took turns asking questions and all taking notes. Questions consist of scenarios and the best way I would be able to handle. Week 5- Sutter Health HR verified and contacted all 3 references , Offered position as a 3 month temp to hire contract. Week 6- First day as temp. Week 18- Offered full-time position Sutter Gould without an interview, Started the Sutter Health hiring process. 1- Online application, 2- Physical & TB test appointment 3- Back round check 4- Basic Math test 5- Traveled Sutter Health new hire orientation 2 weeks, in Modesto to learn EMR system The hiring process was long learning process from temp to hire. Most entry level jobs start with a staffing agency.
