Interview
Not very tough. Had a initial phone screening interview, then a panel interview with a member from Human Resources and two of the Supply Chain employees. Overall it was a great experience, they are a culture orientated company with high values. This was my second internship and it was a million times better than my first.

What interests you in supply chain? Give me a time when you overcome a challenge, and what was the result?
Mostly behavioral questions with a focus on your interest in supply chain and the internship program as a whole. You have a good opportunity to describe yourself and your experiences with enthusiastic recruiters who are excited to hear what you have to say, but are also looking for passion and experience for their supply chain program. You have the opportunity to ask questions.
