Swoon Recruiter interview questions

It was very casual interview and the office sets a welcoming and comfortable setting for someone new walking in. I got to meet several people on the team, which was a nice way to see inside to the types of people that work there.

I had a phone screen followed by a 2 hour in person interview with Samantha Balaton. Their hiring manager was out of town but I was invited back for a job shadow that was ultimately canceled. I received an email saying that upon reviewing candidates they no longer felt as though I was qualified for the role. I was truly offended and thought their approach was unprofessional and tacky. I spent over two weeks interviewing with them and felt as though I wasted my time and that they shouldn't have invited me back into the office in the first place. Chicago is over-saturated with staffing agencies with subpar reviews. Swoon is no better than the next as their customer service is lacking and they have no HR department in place.
