Interview
I applied online through their career page. I received an email from a recruiter saying I looked like a good fit and wanted to confirm some details. After that my application was move to "under consideration". 2 weeks went by and I herd nothing so I wrote to the recruiter and never received a response. The program was scheduled to start in the beginning of June, and I never received a denial email or any further communication from the company.

I applied online. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Bellevue, WA) in Mar 2017
Interview
I was interviewed via an invitation only event held for graduating students of technology BS/BA/BAS degrees. The event was held more as a mixer where food and mingling kicked off the event. After the social period was finished, the room was divided into 2 sections. On one side were those interested in the summer and TechX internships, and the other had TechX Associate applicants. Theme switched to a speed dating-like theme where you found an open chair in front of a hiring manager or department you met during socialization. We were given 10 minutes per round and was asked to sit out every other round because of department-to-applicant ratios.
