Interview
One with the hiring manager, with another rep and the sign off with VP web interview. It was very low key and they weren't out for any "gotcha" questions. Once I was offered the position and I countered with a 10K salary increase and the hiring manager agreed.

Contacted by recruiter via LinkedIn inquiring if I or someone I knew was interested in a position at TMobile. Their contact info and a link to the opportunity was included. A response was sent expressing interest and providing some dates/times I could be available to speak, as well as my contact info. Follow up e-mail was also sent to the recruiter. After several days, no reply was received from recruiter and I sent a follow up message expressing regret about not being able to connect. I reiterated my interest in this position or something similar in the future should the job opportunity be filled.
Two days after follow up message, recruiter reached back out expressing regret over not being able to connect. They inquired if I was available to speak in the near future. I provided some dates/times including the same date of message. Once again no reply.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at T-Mobile (New York, NY)
