Interview
Cheesy, They make you go through an HR screening with the usual unimaginative questions, then two or three interviews with the hiring manager or someone else. Then you wait and wait and wait ...until you get ghosted. You also have to read the job description carefully -- they openly admit to interviewing people to line up for future openings. This is a bogus waste of time - candidates are busy people and it's insulting. No longer interested.

Interview
The interview process was fast-paced, with multiple rounds scheduled quickly, starting with recruiting, then leadership (Head of AEs, Regional Manager), and finishing with the Sales Director.
The communication afterward was disappointing. Despite positive feedback during the process, there was no follow-up or response to emails, and the rejection came after two weeks. It felt unprofessional and not very respectful to the candidate experience.

Interview
Submitted my resume and made it to the next stage which was a personality questionnaire that was quite long. I completed it but I think they had already basically filled the role bc I got an email saying I was a promising candidate but I was not selected for this role & I couldn’t find the job posting anywhere after that. I was disappointed I spent the time doing the questionnaire.

Classic approach to interviewing with a bunch of info on the company, culture, and benefits. Questions about background, approach to sales, and work history. After the first round, there is a sales aptitude test, and then another interview
